Meat is one of the leading elements of our gastronomic offering: the restaurant places charcoal-grilled cuisine at its heart, with cuts selected with care and a choice of dry-aged meats with different aging periods.
Completing the experience is its bond with the history of the Tenuta, which was born precisely as a restaurant for events even before becoming a hotel. Today the restaurant is open both to guests staying at the property and to outside visitors, and offers an à la carte menu that brings out its gastronomic identity.
